This website, https://amandatitonetherapy.com, is operated by Amanda Titone, Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW #124974), providing therapy under the supervision of Sam Pow, LCSW #88131.

What this site collects

When you submit the contact form, I receive your name, email address, and any details you choose to include in your message. The form also records your IP address for spam protection.

Please do not include sensitive health details in the form. The form is not a clinical record and is not a place to start treatment.

Where form messages go

Form messages are sent to a secured Proton Mail account that only I can access. A copy is stored on this website for 30 days and then deleted. Only I have access to this website and its admin account. I do not share your messages with anyone, and I do not use them for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

I use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors find this site and how they use it. This includes the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and how you arrived, such as a search, a social media link, or a link I shared. Clarity may record anonymized sessions and heatmaps. Form fields are masked and are not recorded. These tools do not identify you personally, and I do not try to.

You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. California residents have these rights under California law. To make a request, email info@amandatitonetherapy.com. I will respond within 45 days.

Clinical information

Information shared in therapy is protected separately by confidentiality laws and the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive at intake. This policy covers this website only.
